The Play Space Qualifier

We kicked off our season with our first qualifier at The Play Space, managed by PlayAtLearning on December 7, 2024. Our robot showed improvement with each match, from tipping over on our first match to being ranked 3rd in the qualifying matches, but we were able to come back from this and ended up being picked and won as Winning Alliance First Pick, as well as Inspire 2nd Place.

Saratoga Qualifier
January 12, 2025
At our second qualifier in January 2025, our robot showed significant improvement. Although our slides broke, we ended up fixing it and we ranked 8th out of 28 teams after the qualifiers. We ended up being the second alliance with Team Hepha. In the end, we also won Inspire 1st place, which has given us a spot in the NorCal FTC Regionals.

NorCal Regionals
Feburary 22 & 23, 2025
At the NorCal Regionals, despite facing challenges during the Qualification Matches and not making it into the elimination bracket, our team won Inspire Award 2nd Place, securing us a spot at the FIRST World Championships.
FIRST World Championship
April 15-19, 2025
At the FIRST World Championship, we finished the qualification matches with a 6-4 record. Though we weren’t selected for playoffs, the event gave us the chance to connect with teams from around the world and reconnect with familiar ones. We didn’t bring home any awards, but we’re proud of the growth we achieved this season: we welcomed and mentoring five new recruits, and we’re excited to continue our journey of learning, collaboration, and innovation.
